First time to use the Jump To Category drop downs, very cool Josh!

Just wondered, is there a basic business class geared for RE Investors? Basic contracts, bookkeeping, keeping records for taxes, paying subs, buying materials, hiring a Realtors, attorneys and other professionals, insurance, evictions, obtaining judgments and collections?

Are there any real courses, guru books or other materials you guys know about? :D
