@Matthew Spaulding I am prom the western side of PA. Pittsburgh. Its not difficult to start an eviction and win at the majistrate level but its become so much easier to appeal the process and hold things up for months. Your tenant can easily fall behind on rent and stay another 4-6 months if they know the system. We manage 650 units
