Familiar with real estate attorneys in or near Lakeland FL??

Hi! I was interested in finding a real estate friendly attorney who have experience in Assigning contracts! I could resort to google but referrrals are always better in my opinion. Another side note, does my title company or attorney have to be in the same city as I am to work with them? Because I do have a contact its just they are an hour away from me, if not more! Please let me know and thanks.
