How to file contractor tax W-9?
When it time to file contractor W-9, do i include his credit card fee he add on to the bill in the total? or just what is in the contract?

If you paid by credit card, his income will be reported to the IRS by the credit card company on Form 1099-K. You don't need to report it on 1099-MISC.
