Hello Everyone,

I want to transfer a property out of our personal names and into an LLC my wife and I established here in Florida. Legal Shield (formerly pre-paid Legal) quoted $300 which is a 25% discount to what they usually charge. The title company that did the original close told me they can't legally do it and gave me a name of a para-legal who quoted $249 which included filings fees. The Legal Shield lawyer said if we prepare she can review for free. Is this something an owner can do on their own or should always have it done by a professional.

Thanks In Advance- Joe
