Market for a good CPA

I need a good CPA that will handle mine and my mothers taxes moving forward. She has a Ira LLC investment property. I'm helping her expand these. She is Virginia based, in California based and am an independent Contractor for the first time this year and we will be doing some investment property LLCs. We currently have personal property that we will quit claim into an LLC and that I'll be in charge of e landing on as well. Another project I have is land in Oregon and I will subdivide and sell these off most likely. Between all these things going on I need a CPA that can just handle all our books.
