Commercial Mortgage Broker License Washington State

Hello and Thank Your for Reading!

I am apart of a Commercial Mortgage Brokerage office in Washington State. We currently know that in Washington there is no requirement for a Commercial Mortgage Broker to have a broker's license because in Washington State that only refers to people brokering residential loans.

We do not plan on doing any residential brokering, but we want to be able to show credibility besides just having our State Business License. Does anyone know of any licenses or certificates to acquire that would boost our business' credibility?

We are not looking for some real estate/lender company that pushes a week long class of sorts in which we leave with a certificate that doesn't actually mean anything to anyone besides the company that offers the class, so please refrain from suggesting those.

Again, thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.
