Thanks for reading/helping if you so choose to do.

I am the partial owner of 4 different LLC's in which every LLC owns a portfolio of SFR homes. Each LLC has different investors, but I am the one managing the entire process/management of the LLC's. I am trying to figure out if there is a program out there that would let me manage each different LLC and be able to keep track of the books, tax prep, and things like producing K-1's ect.

I've looked into quickbooks, Drake, and a few others, but there's so many different versions that I am not sure which / any would be best.

I would greatly appreciate any input on this.

Thank you in advance!

Hello and Thank Your for Reading!

I am apart of a Commercial Mortgage Brokerage office in Washington State. We currently know that in Washington there is no requirement for a Commercial Mortgage Broker to have a broker's license because in Washington State that only refers to people brokering residential loans.

We do not plan on doing any residential brokering, but we want to be able to show credibility besides just having our State Business License. Does anyone know of any licenses or certificates to acquire that would boost our business' credibility?

We are not looking for some real estate/lender company that pushes a week long class of sorts in which we leave with a certificate that doesn't actually mean anything to anyone besides the company that offers the class, so please refrain from suggesting those.

Again, thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.

I am broker. I Have a 7 MM Loan amount, 20.5MM valued cash out refi I need done in New York. 7 Units.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Looking for only direct or wholesale lenders with 2 or less origination points, no brokers please.

Borrower has more than enough reserves.

Looking for No Income loan.

Thanks in advance for the advice!
