Dumb question about commerical property and taxes

Anyone know if there may be any tax advantage to living in a commercial property (more than 4 units and less than 10)? I searched the forums and didn't see anything, if there is something in here on this and I missed it would someone post the link, or share any experience?

I am in Ohio and I know there may be state to state differences with this but would it be advantageous to even look into something like this? I don't keep a lawyer on retainer so I wanted to ask the BP Pros first.

Please, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
