Hello Everyone,

I own a couple of rental properties in Phoenix, AZ and I'm looking for a good CPA with experience in Real Estate to help me fill my tax returns. I don't have an LLC yet, so properties are under my name. Please advise and recommend your CPA only if it's good at it!!! Thank you

Keep in mind that a good Real Estate Investor friendly CPA does not need to be in AZ. Mine is in MN and I'm very happy with her for probably 10 years or so. There is another good one I think in Ohio his name is John Hyre, not positive on that spelling.
