Looking for real estate attorney in Monmouth County, New Jersey

I have an immediate need for attorney to handle purchase of house for rehab and addition, then resale. Likely to purchase under existing, single-member LLC then transfer to new LLC with partner. Want to write offer by Monday 3/6 at latest (Friday morning right now 3/3). My first investment property. Also will want likely the same attorney to handle formation of new LLC with partner. In future will need more of same plus land use legal for subdivisions, variances, etc on other properties. Accountant also needed.
