Hello BP Fam,

I'm currently looking for a great real estate attorney to work with my investment company in the Oklahoma City area. Preferably an attorney that is very familiar with structuring & closing Owner finance & Lease option transactions in Oklahoma. If you can refer me to someone that would be great. Thanks!

I just personally did a lease option with an attorney in the Norman/OKC area that I would recommend.  Also my job is as a title agent in OKC and I primarily do commercial/investor transactions so I work with a lot of real estate attorneys.  Here's who I would recommend (3 different size/price ranges for a variety of investor types).

-Parker Lowe - partner at Ball and Morse PLLC in Norman

Medium sized but local firm, best for helping with individual documents and issues that pop up as you need. He just finished a new lease option and rental agreement for me so I would recommend him first if that is all you need. His primary office is in Norman but they are actively looking for a space in Oklahoma City and he meets with and works with clients in OKC all the time.

-Gregory Chansolme - Mulinix Edwards Rosell & Goerke

Small practitioner in OKC, really great attorney, can do one-off work but is also great at more involved legal work, representing you in deals from start to finish, etc. and for that level of quality by comparison to other attorneys he is reasonably priced for the quality you get.

-Rick Warren - Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville

Large firm with lots of resources, also great for representing you on commercial deals from start to finish but runs a little more expensive for more advanced legal work.  But it's unlikely you will ever grow to outsize him and there is a team working for you with him.

Best of luck!
