Hi, my name is Tina and I am a teacher that is approaching retirement in Illinois. I am in the process of building a rental portfolio to supplement my retirement pension and would appreciate any pointers concerning taxes, choosing the best tax accountant and insuring multiple properties affordably. I think I  am probably in line for a good real estate attorney as well.
