Cancelling contract-undelivered option fee

Hi guys. My name is JP. And yesterday i made a sudden impulse upon seeing a property undervalued and got it under contract. Only to realize it was not undervalued. I live in Texas..and i have a 7 day option period. And 3 days to give the fee. It is day 2 and i have one more day to give the fee. My question is if i havent paid the fee yet..can i still cancel the contract without questions asked. Also how do i go about cancelling. Just telling the agent i don't want it or..? Thank you so much in advance.
