I've posted this before but seeing how other members are successful with posting something similar for their areas, maybe it will work for me. Can anyone refer a real-estate savvy CPA? With my first turnkey property under contract, I'm looking to shield as much of my money as possible from Uncle Sam. Thanks in advance everyone. ALOHA!
