Hello BP nation, I am a foreign investor and working on my first passive investment deal in Multi-family deal in Dallas, Texas. I need professional help in structuring my legal structure in US for this purposes and what would be tax implication in US and abroad (in India). Any advise or recommendation on experienced RE attorney and Tax advisor highly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Dilip Gandhi
