@Melanie Fairchild Looking for insight on where the college rentals are, where the new school of medicine is going to be, and is there any areas that are just not worth owning in?  New to the area and due to other circumstances, I am seriously looking into investing there.  Would also like to know if you guys are managing your own properties or have a good pm company. Thanks
