Baltimore City real estate tax attorneys?

hello all,  I am appealing my Balt city real estate taxes and am beginning phase 2 of the tax appeal process.  my hearing before the board, which I believe is comprised of residents, is scheduled for the end of August.  Can anyone recommend an experienced appeals attorney?
