I find that every year when it is time for taxes I am searching through files, documents, and reports to organize my information (I use a property management company for the day to day).

I only own 4 duplexes so far but I am looking into expanding.

Seems like Quickbooks might be overkill but from what I have read Quicken for Rental does not keep track of cost basis, depreciation...

What do you gals and guys use?

Your infinite wisdom would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Fred

P.S. Maybe a few new features in the BiggerPockets Portfolio Tracker or Rental Calc could help?
