Does anyone have a Florida Construction Contract template?

Does anyone have a template for a Florida Construction Contract? A contractor is going to do work for me on a property, which requires draws, so I need a solid contract to start with. The contract he gave me doesn't look like it is binding, at least not upon him, it is general and vague about the work that will be performed, and doesn't look like it offers me any protection in the event of a disagreement or non performance. I don't want to do a casual agreement. I would rather use a formal contract that states exactly what will be done. Does anyone have one that can be shared?

Thank you
