Hi Sebastien,

If a foreigner has a single member LLC with an EIN, do you still need an ITIN to legally avoid the witholding tax?

Thanks

Please explain how acquiring those forms give you protection from tax liability?

Thanks.

There are lots of CPA's over here:  www.elance.com  go there & get multiple quotes.
Verify their CPA association & ID before you hire.

Thanks for the post. We commonly structure partnerships with foreign investors, like @Anthony He mentioned, you can definitely structure this in a way to avoid withholdings and any major complications.

Reach out anytime- PS when referring to returns on single family homes, just say cash on cash return (CCR)- avoid Cap Rate, that can get sticky

@Jacob Blackett

Plz PM me more info including costs.

Thanks,

TK

Hi,

1. Purchase & Sale Contracts & accompanying legal documentation are unfortunately a NECESSARY PAIN in the ARSE!

2. To eliminate the hassle & onerous task of dealing with the above, I'd like to partner up with an attorney or a paralegal who's:

a. a property investor           and       b. has the legal expertise to take care of that part of the business, right up to closing the deal.

3. If you're interested? Please advise:

a. what Bar Association you're registered (this is to eliminate imposters) with?

b. what city & state your physical self is domiciled in? &;

c. please PM me your email & phone numbers.

Thanks in advance,

TK

P.S Not sure if this is allowed? Admin plz delete if it isn't.
