Does anyone have any experience? If so please reach out with details on what was required, what products/manufacturers/subcontractors were used to meet requirements of the program? Also, looking for reasonably priced reliable subs in the area.

There are maybe 5 or 6 GCs in Baltimore that truly understand the Chap Process and do it well.  Without using one of those GCs you will get smoked cause its a very unique process. I work with one of them, pm me
