Hello, I have a triplex in Baltimore County, MD that I am currently rehabbing. I am looking to have the electric completely separated between units. Does anyone have any contractor recommendations for who may be a good fit for this work in my area? I will be installing a separate electric water heater and electric range as well. Much thanks in advance!

Does anyone have any experience? If so please reach out with details on what was required, what products/manufacturers/subcontractors were used to meet requirements of the program? Also, looking for reasonably priced reliable subs in the area.
