LLC Company Renewal and Tax File

Hi,

Can someone please offer me an advise me?

I have registered LLC with GlobeAmerica last in August in hoping to start investing in US.

Currently there is no activity (slow start). I have received an email from the company telling that I need to lodge my tax and renew my company.

They started that any LLC company registered before 1.1.2016 need to be renewed.

It's this legitimate???

LLC's are governed by state law, which varies from state to state. The letter may be a scam, but you should have your attorney look at it for you in order to be sure. Good luck.

i have asked one of my friend and he mentioned that you need to renew the LLC.
Can someone recommend and accountant who can help me renew my LLC and lodge my tax file?
