I just called the the IRS and found out that I need to do my tax return for the LLC company with no activity. Can someone recommend an accountant that can help to do my tax return? Thanks

Can someone please offer me an advise me?

I have registered LLC with GlobeAmerica last in August in hoping to start investing in US.

Currently there is no activity (slow start). I have received an email from the company telling that I need to lodge my tax and renew my company.

They started that any LLC company registered before 1.1.2016 need to be renewed.

It's this legitimate???

Sorry my definition is incorrect. 

I was listening to podcast 085 and Mike briefly touched on it.

I was categorising them as price range, assuming them as below.

B - $70 - $100

C - $40 - $70

Basically my question should be "can I get property for above price range with maybe cosmetic repair for $30k?"
