Making tax and insurance pmts when there is no mortgage

Hello BP Community! Quick question. I'm not quite there yet, but hope to be soon. Once I have one of my investment property mortgages paid off - is there any kind of service that can handle my tax and insurance payments for me?

Currently, I love the convenience of having an escrow account on all 4 mortgages where the lender handles making these payments on my behalf. I am big on automating whatever I can.

Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks
