Collection Agency or Attorney in Virginia

I'm looking for recommendations for VA based collection agency or attorney. I recently received a judgment against a former tenant for breaking a lease and causing property damage in Virginia Beach. Here's the background:

With the judgment in hand I would like to turn over collections to a local attorney (Norfolk or Virginia Beach) or collections agency with hopes of receiving a portion of the $14,900 judgment.

I appreciate any recommendations!
