Is solo 401(K) + my LLC + Loan possible for RE investment ?

I am looking at a commercial property and researching the ways to fund the purchase. I have LLC which is owned by myself and my spouse for real estate investments. I'm planning to open Solo 401k to invest in RE. I would like to know whether my LLC can partner with my Solo 401k to purchase a commercial property with loan.

To simply the equation, lets say purchase price of the property is 100K. Can I use 20K from my Solo 401k , 20K from my personal fund through LLC and borrow 60K from lender?

The next question can the loan be obtained only for LLC and the contract can be written as 20/80 split between my Solo 401k and my LLC with loan?
