C-Corporation Close Down Tax Consequences

Hi,

I started a c-Corporation this year...  Fiscal year ending June 2015.  The purpose of this C-Corporation was to manage my real estate properties and solicit other landlords to manage their properties.  Well I've decided to no longer do this, I think it's more important for me to continue focusing on growing my portfolio.

Problem:

I paid myself a salary from my real estate properties.  I also paid self employment taxes on that income.  How would I go about closing this business and returning this salary to my real estate (schedule E) business?  Or can I even do this???

I've backed myself in a corner and I'm going to end up losing a lot of money in taxes when I file 2015, unless there is a rule or procedure to correct this.

Thanks,
