I’m very grateful for BP as it shows me both when we are doing a great job and when we miss step. I’m confident that in the near future we will demonstrate why we’ve had such good reviews. Looking forward to turning this situation into a positive.

I'm just wondering why I can't receive a response email or connect with anyone on the phone.

I have read many glowing recommendations for Solera Bank and their Solo401K program.  I am attempting to use the bank, however I am concerned.

After almost 2 weeks my account is still not established.  I have ran into a myriad of issues such as:

Address verification, Missing initials (I provided), spouse setup wrong and SLOW return communication (going on 3 days) after leaving a message and email.

Has anyone else experience problems after setup?  If I'm dealing with this now what will I deal with when I'm trying to make transactions?

Looking for experiences.

I would like to know if Solera is offering financial incentives to the solo 401K plan administrators on this thread?

While Solera is most likely a very good bank, it seems odd that they are so highly touted when the banks role appears minimal as stated by @George Blower and the financial advisor @Dan Mahoney

Additionally, Solera also appears to be a solo401K plan administrator. Is this overkill?

i would start out by looking at the options at www.BestLandlordforms.com but the forms I use are at www.NeatoLandlordforms.com

Looking for a good reference for someone to help me refinance some of my investment properties. My situation is that I own several properties free and clear, excellent credit... but as an investor, I don't look that good from a tax return perspective... I.e lots of vacancies last year.

Any suggestions as to someone that I can work with? Looking for an experienced broker that can analyze the situation up front.  I am located in St. Louis, MO
