RE commissions on your own deals

I currently invest through an LLC (four partners) and I am considering getting my RE license. At closings should I:

Have the LLC pay me a full commision. It would be an expense for the co and a 1099 for me.

OR

Have the LLC pay only the broker's portion and take my portion as a owner distribution.

If your an Investor/Agent, how have you done it in the past and how has it worked for you?  Thanks!
