Schedule E Categories for Landlord Expenses
Like many other landlords, I am concerned about reporting my expenses and other transactions correctly. My CPA is expensive, and I want to make his job easy.
I have started a blog to track how to categorize expenses that come up during the year. For example, if my tenant gives me a black eye, how do I expense the steak?
I welcome your questionable expenses and especially request the more tax-savvy BPers to help us categorize postings for the Schedule E.
