COnventional Load to an LLC in Florida

Has anyone taken out a Conventional loan (Fannie/Freddie) in an individuals name and then transfered to an LLC in Florida.

If so what are the steps and any issues? I am talking to banks and attorneys and struggling to get a clear picture
