I haven't used them directly but spoke to them a couple of times as they are focused in what I think are the best areas for cash flow in Tampa. They definitely have the right setup and numbers/location and for someone out of state or looking for turnkey would be a very good company to talk to for sure

@Justin Denham Wesley Chapel is sexy but I think you will struggle to cash flow on a buy and hold. Watch out for HOA and CDD fees, taxes and insurance

Has anyone found companies that will insure properties owned by a SDIRA or SOLO 401k trust at compettive rates? Location is Pasco, FL

I have only found a couple and the raets are close to double.

Even thuogh it can be insured in my name the fact its deeded to a trust causes issues for many companies
