Need Corporate Attorney in NY

Hi all,

I am a new investor and have been doing a lot of research over the last few months. I currently live in NY but I am looking to invest in NJ. I would like to get a bunch of buy and hold properties and eventually live off the cash flow.

I am realizing lately that I am stalling and getting in my own way. I need to start taking the first steps in this and not let fear paralyze me.
I think the first step would be to get my business legally set up the right way.

From the research I have done it looks like setting up an LLC would be the best way to go and have all of the homes I purchase put into a land trust with the LLC being the beneficiary. If anyone has any other thoughts on that I would great appreciate it.

Does anyone have a corporate attorney that they would recommend to help me get all of this set up?

Thank you

Jillian Johnson
