What are the odds?
Yesterday I was driving around while listening to podcast 109 about getting sued, LLC's, umbrella policies, etc. When I arrived at a rental property to show it a relative of the prospective tenant promptly tripped on some uneven concrete in the driveway and stumbled ten feet before falling into a pile of snow right in front of me....... coincidence for sure but I thought it so ironic I had to share. Get your affairs in order so something like this doesn't set you back.
