Purchase Single Family House to rent - Tax filing

Hi,

I just purchased a single family property at the end of last year.  I did not have a tenant until Jan 15th.  Is there anything like the closing costs, the 20% deposit, inspection fees etc. that I can write off or tell my CPA of this year when I file my taxes?

Thanks,
Sonny
