Self Directed 401k Time line?

I have a really quick question.

So, I am quitting my job next friday, and would like to roll my 401k into a self directed 401k. I am just wondering how long I should expect the whole process to take. Also, is there anything I could be doing today, to begin the process. I filled out contact info on the Accuplan website, so I expect them to call me tomorrow. Hopefully this is a pretty decent company to work with.
