Can anyone tell me the best options for real estate investing software? I'm looking for something that will work for profit and loss of flips, rentals, or wholesale deals. It would be great if it had the capability to input receipts from my cell phone. Any input will be much appreciated.

For me, all these software never do it quite like how I want. At the end of the day, it always comes back to go ol Excel :P
