STR and Taxes
I have a quick question about taxes and Short Term rentals. I have been using my vacation home as an airbnb since January of this year but I will be using it for personal stay from November to Feb.
Will I still be able to use this property for reducing my taxes after a cost seg study using the STR loophole since it had been a STR for the rest of the year?
