Anyone heard of virtual CPA -"1800 accountant" is the company name - and use them?

Is there anyone here using virtual CPA called 1800 accountant? They claim they are comprehensive account who is expert in filing tax in everything including real estate, business, cryptocurrencies, options trading at fraction of other CPA's price. They quoted annual fee of $4800 for my two LLCs that includes payroll and unlimited advising.  Whether you have bad or good experience with them, please share. I need CPA who handles tax for 1099, real estate, options trading, if there is a better recommendation than 1800 accountant, please share also.

@Bomee Kim Hi, did you ever pull the trigger and went with "1800 Accountant" please let me know if you ever found one, because i am in the same exact situation? Thank you
