@Bomee Kim Hi, did you ever pull the trigger and went with "1800 Accountant" please let me know if you ever found one, because i am in the same exact situation? Thank you

I could not find any positive feedback anywhere online about 1800 accountant. Any good google reviews about them are general and nonspecific and no comments mentioned anything about their experience with real estate related tax. The sales rep confidently said they have tax experts in all industries but he said there is no way for me to get a quick consultation to interview them without paying half of their yearly fee first. I didn't like that the sales rep immediately sold me payroll service and he recommended s corp for all my businesses even though he knew nothing about my businesses (I know scorp wouldn't be the best for the first few years of my businesses). The sales rep also said I shouldn't put each property into separate LLC to save money filing business tax return - I am not sure if that is as simple as that. Many online reviews mentioned they slow down responding to their clients after 30 days trial period because they know that clients can't get their money back after 30 days, and some even mentioned they occasionally forget to file personal tax returns. I didn't want to put myself into work of finding out whether they are good tax service after paying such a huge fee, so I didn't sign up for them.

Is there anyone here using virtual CPA called 1800 accountant? They claim they are comprehensive account who is expert in filing tax in everything including real estate, business, cryptocurrencies, options trading at fraction of other CPA's price. They quoted annual fee of $4800 for my two LLCs that includes payroll and unlimited advising.  Whether you have bad or good experience with them, please share. I need CPA who handles tax for 1099, real estate, options trading, if there is a better recommendation than 1800 accountant, please share also.

Hi, I am interested in purchasing a multifamily. Is it beneficial to hire a commercial broker from a commercial real estate agency that also provides property management service and use the same company as buyer's representative and property manager? Are there any downside for doing so?
