Ricardo Garcia
Posted

Hi All,

Please I need help.

Can anyone recommend a good CPA with "out of state" real estate experiance? I just closed on my first properties last Nov.

I live in Washignton State and the property (SFH) is in Texas.

Thank you,

Ricardo

As my colleagues mentioned, being local is not necessary. You could drive to my office from Tomball, but there's no point in doing it. All of us tax pros meet with clients remotely, and clients are all over the country.
