Self directed IRA rent payments

For those that own houses in their Self Directed IRA how do you receive rents?

I currently make these tenants deposit into my local IRA bank account.

This is a checkbook LLC IRA.

Wondering if I could have a seperate Zelle account just linked to me Self Directed IRA bank account? Or even a seperate PayPal account for this purpose?

Deposit into my local bank account has worked fine but would like to offer tenants a free solution for them and my IRA to receive rents.

Also if you can write checks is it legal to have a debit card for this account? Make it easier to do things like pay for utilities between tenants etc.
