Starting an LLC for your rentals
Hello, when is considered an appropriate time to open an LLC for your rental property portfolio? From the research I've done it doesn't make sense to create an LLC after you purchase your first rental and you shouldn't have greater than 3-4 rental properties in each LLC since the person who's suing you can go after all your assets in that once LLC. Does anyone have any suggestions?
