Entity Structure and Tax Planning

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for firms that provide setting up correct entity structure (S-Corp on operating side / LLC on non-operating), and also provides tax prep and planning. Real estate and short term rental knowledge/focus is key. Please let me know if you have used any firm and what your feedback is. Thank you!

I am looking for this exact thing, but I reside in Texas and have an STR in Florida.

 You're dealing with two states that have no state tax. 

Find a REI specailized tax pro from here on BP vs. someone local so they're specialized in what you need.
