I have equity in a property (condo) and I want to use it to buy my next property. But I don't want to waste my time going from bank to bank to see who will offer me a HELOC. Should I just go on Lending Tree? Are there hard money lenders that will loan money against my equity without taking my equity as collateral? I'm new to RE investing so any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance
