I need Lending help

Anyone have any suggestions?! I need to find lenders who are less concerned with my personal w-2 income and more focused on the cash flow of the properties I own and the 6 yr track record I have of managing them and paying all bills on time. I keep hearing my dti is too high. Let me know if there are any good options to consider. Thanks!
