In St Louis,MO there is a 7 SFL residential homes sold as a package sale. What are some ideas/banks that can help fund the loan? Will this be a regular commercial or residential

    @Madhu Ponnada I'm a CA resident investing in STL as well.  With only 7 homes in the package your best blanket options will need each property to be worth at least $100,000.  Is that the case here?  If so, you can likely wrap a 30 year fixed blanket.  Happy to chat more offline.
