Self employed FHA lenders?
I'm looking to househack my first multi family property in Florida. I'm self employed for the last 3 years and looking to qualify for an FHA loan. Any recommendations of good lenders in south Florida area that work with self employed? Potentially use rental income from the property to help? Any tips would also be appreciated!
Thanks guys
